Featuring three intersecting spheres, ranging in height from 80 to 95 feet and with plants from high-elevation climates around the world, these buildings will be visually similar to a greenhouse or conservatory with restaurant and retail spaces available on the street level. When complete, this three-block development will consist of over 75,000 square feet of restaurant and entertainment space and will be the largest development downtown Seattle has ever seen.
